THANK YOU MARTON C of E Primary School!

An enormous THANK YOU to Marton Church of England Primary School in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
I was watching David Tennent talking on BBC Sports Relief last night about how mosquito nets can save lives in Uganda. You all know that, as you helped provide more than 300 nets when I was in Uganda last year.

This week the children at Marton School, during thier ‘uganda week’, have been talking all about how to prevent Malaria and today donated an amazing £575.76 which will be spent to save many more lives in Uganda. Asante Sana to you all!

To my friends and supporters reading this: I will be in touch again soon about how you can once again donate more nets for me to deliver in June when I return to Uganda 🇺🇬

Wanted please, knitting wool for Uganda

Dear friends I am planning on going out to Uganda in June/July and have started making a list of some of the items I wish to take out with me. One is knitting wool to use in craft work at Brain Trust Nursery and Primary School. If you or any of your family and friends have any do not need anymore I would be very grateful for it. Oddments will be useful as well as larger amounts. I will let you know about other useful items as I think of them.

As usual thank you for your interest and support.

The cook can now wash her hands with ease!

It’s now easy for the cook at Brain Trust Nursery and Primary School to wash her hands after Kayondo Innocent installed the new hand wash facility bedside the school kitchen. The children get a freshly cooked meal every day. Thanks to Trust Greenbelt and other supporters!
